The infinity App is exclusively designed for retailers ("Users") who manage customer mobile phone EMI sales through their shops. Customers do not have login access to the App or Site.
Retailer (User) Information:
Retailer name and mobile number (used for login)
Password (stored securely using encryption)
Shop information
Retailer signature
Customer Information (added by Retailer)
Retailers may input the following information for record-keeping purposes:
Customer name and mobile number
Device EMI details (paid, pending, total, number of EMIs)
Device IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 numbers
Customer signature
Photos and supporting documents
To help Retailers manage their customer EMI records
To authenticate Retailer login securely
To maintain accurate transaction and compliance records
To improve application features and support
All data is stored securely on servers located in India. Sensitive data such as passwords and critical customer identifiers are encrypted during storage and transmission using industry best practices.
We do not share, sell, or rent your data. Information may only be shared:
With authorized service providers for hosting and support under strict confidentiality
When legally required by courts, regulators, or law enforcement
Retailers are solely responsible for ensuring that customer data added to the app is collected and used lawfully. We provide the infrastructure, but the data management is under the Retailer's control.
We retain Retailer and Customer data for as long as necessary to provide the services and comply with legal obligations. You may request data deletion by contacting our support team.
The infinity App is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
